After allot of fighting and cursing, I was able to get it in, only to find out it will not engage the flywheel. I guess the mini starter wasn't such a good idea after all. :BangHead: I rebuilder close to me wants $155 with a year warranty.

There are 2 sliding pin latches with a tapered end that are spring loaded.
I've never tried it but I think you can just slide a putty knife or something and attempt to push them downward.
