The pictured item is the trim/separator/retainer that goes between the painted upper portion of the door interior and the door panel as seen in the following images:
These pictures are of a 1967 GTX door, but the Superbee uses a similar setup.

Not sure why they are different for each of the posted cars, though.

Not even sure if this is for a 69 Super Bee but it came in the trunk. It has four screw holes and looks like it might hang something, but I have no idea what it is and where it would go.

Don't know if I've responded to this thread but I use powdered cleanser and a scrub brush.....works well for me. But these days, I don't care about bright white lettered tires. I turn them inside.
I am not familiar with the 66-67 K member setup but I do recall at some point around then, they still had the stud mounted idler arms. 1967 was the last year of it for A bodies, I know that much.
I'd think that a decent fabricator could make their own double shear mount and weld it in place but...
Buying someone else’s semi-restored (rebuilt better term) car is so much fun. After owning for 20 years I realized the lower brace from the alternator to the idler pulley mount was missing. So I bought that and installed thinking it might help - but not. And then last year I realized the rear...
A couple more estate sale finds. The picture is of the Dodge Hamtramck assembly plant. I am going to try using a magnifying glass to try and date some of the cars in the parking lot. If you look closely at the bottom of the sunvisor mirror, you will see the Plymouth logo.
