1969 bee hood pin cable location?

Need to know where to affix the fixed end of the hood cables. (The end screwed to the grille area.) 1969 super bee 383 car. TIA

There is no factory location as I believe that the only pins available in 1969 were the A12 fiberglass hoods and those cables attached to the scuff plates.

My '69 Bee, back in the late 70's, had hood pins. I'll see if I can dig up a picture under the hood.
