The insulation on the fusible link wire is really thick so it made inserting the terminal into the bulkhead connector hard. Would have been easier if I used TXL...
If you don't like the billet look, paint them black !! A serpentine bely has WAY more surface contact on the pulleys - virtually no chance of slippage AND less chance of cracking because they're thinner.

Here's my hot tip: put them in backwards - no they won't be original BUT the spring puts force on the small flange and has a tendency to push the piece out. Putting it in backwards puts the large flange against the spring and it can't push out.
