    That is still hard to watch. However, I am pretty sure the molten metal seen falling is not aluminum, more likely an iron based metallic.

    This is home, all of my kids, grandkids and lifelong friends are here so I'm not going anywhere. On the plus side of things, it allows plenty of time to work on my toys.

    My 66 Mudstain had rusted wheel wells and would fill the car with smoke doing brake stands. The car was a 4 speed and I'd get it going in 1st and then power shift 2nd and well, just create more smoke!

    That is unfortunate but if you choose to stay where you are, it will not change. I can drive mine nearly every day of the year but there are many negatives to this state that keep many from moving here while chasing many current residents out.

    If you know someone that works at in a machine shop ask for a 1/4" ball nose carbide end mill, maybe one that has a chipped edge, that they wont use. It will gut a hole into whatever you have stuck in that hole. Just be careful because it will cut anything, what it will get the hard stuff out...
