    Manual disc caliper rubber hose?

A banjo bolt hose fitting won't seal properly on a caliper that's not made for it.

What did you do today....other than work on your car!?

Small sample in my personal experience, not statistically significant, but does show that results vary. My dad had it done at 82 with a perfect result. Downside was he lived long enough for vascular dementia to set in, spent his last three years in full time nursing care. Two guys I drove with...

65 Belvedeer 11 that just followed me home

Nice one. I always recommend changing the master cylinder to a 67-up style dual chamber.

Will this look good on my '65 Coronet?

I will try to get some help to drag my hood out of it's current hiding place in my shop so I can shoot a photo.

Why are there so many members on this early!?

In Cali for a few days, where it's an hour behind Arizona, so now the pooch wakes me up at 3:30 for breakfast. If we were staying here longer, I'd try to teach that out of him, ..... but he looks so pleading and pathetic, so...... Now on my second Baileys and coffee, dog snoozing, visiting A and...

    Dilemma For My Sunroof Car

No, no, no. That's the independent left/right brake option to aid in performing parking lot donuts. I've never seen one on a big block car though.

    Yay, trunk surprise

Cool. But I'm going to do everything I can to not drill holes in that panel.

Fan belts squealing - can’t seem to solve

That would seem to explain where the 15 and 17 come from in the Dayco numbering system, 15/32 and 17/32. Although I’ve just nominally measured and casually discussed them as 3/8” and 1/2” belts, when I’ve found a width reported on the Dayco chart it’s in decimal form but slightly wider than...

    Pilot bushing seems oversized.

If a bushing was in it...you will be able to work around this. Trying to ream out the pilot hole, with the crank installed in the engine....and the engine in the car, wound be nuts. Someone can modify the major dia of the bushing, to fir the existing hole. You just need to determine the the...
