Found this old summer of 1970 e.t. card from my '68 road runner 383 4spd. Engine had a dp4b, 780vs holley, 228@.050/.480 lift hydraulic cam, 1 3/4 hookers, 4.10 gear. Very consistent 13.20's. Only car i had; drive to work and street fun. I'm a dp4b fan of dual purpose.
I don't know really what it supposed to be for. I bought it from AutoZone's website and that's what it came up with. I bought if from them because it had a lifetime warranty and its easy to return if necessary. I guess I should have broken out the tape measure like I did with the one that came...
If you are persistent and patient, use a metal putty knife that is thin and flexible to open the two latches on the trunk panel. Then a flat screwdriver to open the trunk latch.
