Why are there so many members on this early!?

Naps ROCK! But once in awhile I take it too far. I'll nap after work. But if I nap too long? I'm going to have a restless night. And have to start all over again with a tighter schedule. I never understood my mother saying "Don't snack before supper. You'll ruin your appetite!" But I understood now!

Man, I always have an appetite unless I gorge myself with snacks and that rarely happens....

Probably a lot of us have weak bladders from being old. I go to bed, sleep 3 hours, get up, take a leak, go back to bed, and if I am real lucky sleep 4-5 more hours.

Worst part is when you're half a sleep and bouncing into the walls/ door cases, or stubbing a toe. Which I broke my left little toe last year when I walked into the corner

of a chimney in the kitchen. Fortuitously, for me I had already unloaded the gun or I am sure I would have wet myself. Man did it hurt.

Before I got married.....again.....I was hitting the sack at 11 and then listening to the radio for a bit and then asleep by 11:30 and up by 6. Now, the wife usually hits the sack well before 11 especially if she has a couple of wines and that usually happens quite often. Last night she was in bed at 6:30 but I've done that before too but wasn't ready to hit it that early. If I go to bed that early, I'll be awake at 1am. Well, maybe since the weather is still warm, I'll just go out to the shop lol. Last night iirc, went to make the "bladder gladder" once. See below where the BG comes from.....
Last night hit the sack at 10:15, out I guess at 10:30. Up 3 hrs later to make my bladder gladder and back to sleep immediately. Awake at 4:45 and another bladder gladder trip and again back to sleep. Awoke and got up at 7:00 this morning, so roughly 7 plus hours in total. This has been my routine now for over a year, and still I need a power nap in the early afternoon...cr8crshr/Bill:usflag::usflag::usflag:
Bladder gladder

When I had prairie dogs, had one that was always ready to go take a power nap with me around 2pm.....she would usually wake up pretty much after 30 minutes and that woke me up too. Never did like napping more than that anyways and if I did, I felt like crap for the rest of the day.

No naps here (except for the hound). That's for old folks. :p

Woke up at 1:23 this morning and laid there for another hour and finally got up. Eh, got about 5 hours sleep but pretty much took it easy yesterday. Got about 9 hours Sunday night though.
1:30am for you is like dinner time for me. International Time Zones are great fun.

I think the early culprit is due to aging clientele?

Does anyone's have the urge for the early morning breakfast special at Country Kitchens? Lol.

Didn't read every post, maybe someone mentioned it but getting up to piss is my nemesis.
Good piss right before bed at midnight. Sleep hard until around 3:30 AM then up to piss again. Drop back in and sleep fairly well until 5:30 or so then up to piss again and then I just stay up from that point on and start the day.
Maybe less beer intake might help?

Hell I’ve been that way my whole life, didn’t find out until around 48 that it’s considered frequent and I started managing fluid intake in the evening. Even then some nights it’s multiple runs.

In Cali for a few days, where it's an hour behind Arizona, so now the pooch wakes me up at 3:30 for breakfast.
If we were staying here longer, I'd try to teach that out of him, ..... but he looks so pleading and pathetic, so......
Now on my second Baileys and coffee, dog snoozing, visiting A and B, and hoping to get in a couple hour nap, before he has to go "walkies". 5:30 am.

Being able to pee, is a lot better than not being able to pee.
So think of it as a good sign.
Four cans of a decent German beer will have you up a couple of times during the night. But I save that for parties or Friday night darts. The bar lady said I had 3 last Friday night.
It is quite dark here at night. No street lights, and no snow.
Ozzy David massed me on the way home. He was in a hurry to get clean and eat. He had just got his dump truck running again. Needed a new rear main seal. It is about 6 inches across, and needs special tool to install.
I got up around 0730 today, it being Sunday. Motorcycle races in Portugal this weekend.

Still wide awake at 1:30 am, busy day tomorrow (oops, today) and the dog is gonna wake me up at 4am for breakfast, and potty.
This sucks.
