I can only see so far behind the impact bar until I take it apart. But it looks like the quarter panel is ok. Its just the impact bar and what it is directly attached to that I don't know.
He who has the most tools at the end wins...
cool screwdrivers, old school,
I'm pretty sure I still have one pigeonholed away somewhere
back when flatblade wood screws/screwdrivers ruled the world
I think there are 2 flywheel sizes for that era of trucks, 172 teeth in light duty trucks and 186? Tooth in industrial, large trucks. Your flywheel may be the right diameter but the starter nose depth and gear pitch is probably wrong. In the mid 70s I read Chrysler came out with a new industrial...
"AB-30" 273 CID V8 Fendertag, is correct for 273 V-8 2-bbl. carbureter engine. Should-have number's "273" on hood ornament, & small "V8" emblems on frt. fenders, as your does... Also, the 273 engines in B-body cars in 1965 were painted in a bright red color, specifically referred to as: "Mopar...

That’s really interesting. What a stroke of luck I have to get three screw ins a single press in.
Thank you very much, that’s actually a really cool bit of information.
I would suggest that if you, or anyone, have, in the past, had parts that were not refunded or delivered that you contact Joe politely about the issue. I am very close (personally, not distance wise) to Joe and know his true basic character - he doesn't want to cheat anybody. I seriously...
Initially, with the new suspension design on 1973 B-bodies, the lower ball joint threaded into the lower control arm, similar to upper ball joints. For 1974, and later, the design was changed to a press in ball joint. However, very late build 1973 B-bodies switched over to the control arm with...
I reset the timing today, back to 15 initial. Due to the slow curve in the new distributor that only gives me 26 degrees centrifugal at 2500, and 37 total at 4000. I hooked up the vacuum advance and it was 48 total at 2500 cruise rpm. I went and filled it with gas and took it for a long drive...
