    71 Charger Superbee Tribute/Restomod Build

I was having some issues with the clutch, namely I felt that the Hyd TB had air in it because it didn't like to go into reverse. I spent some time working on that and managed to get it fixed up. At this point I could not help but notice I had an increasing puddle on the floor of what appeared...

    Rebuilding LemonWedge.

I think the motorplate is the direction we’ll be going, Malex. Yeah, this was a bad deal. I pretty much took the entire summer away from the hobby, but I’m excited about where we’re headed. We made more progress today with more teardown. Following through on the “dedicated racecar” promise...

Going to try repair my fuel tank sending unit we will see how it goes

Do not agree that the rheostat is in good shape. It has come away from the support plate & may give erroneous readings. Looks like corrosion on the support plate has built up & forced the rheostat away from it. I would buy a new sender. You hear reports about bad senders but most just need...

Rear shoulder belts in a 1970 Charger

That is a nice improvement. Wouldn't have noticed the buckles being different if you hadn't pointed it out. Another PnP run?

    74 Charger Rallye 440 TX9

Glen-Ray does excellent work IMHO, and Bob goes out of his way to make sure it has the right part numbers and date codes. It's unfortunate that he's not taking in any more work.

    Intake crossover block off

I go halfway. I use a thin steel plate with a 1/2" hole in it to block the exh xover. You want some heat to vapourise the fuel. Eventually the intake will heat soak with or without the exh over in place.

How old were you when you bought your first house?

29 in 1980. Lived there until 2015 when we bought my mother-in-laws house after she passed away. We got out of a deteriorating community with a high tax rate to stable area with better taxes. This house was dated so we made several upgrades but well worth it.

Spark plug wire replacement: #1 position?????

In the picture it appears that your rotor is messed up, the long metal part that contacts the center of the cap looks flattened and twisted. If it is, it probably won't start, even if the plug wires are on correctly...
