    Removal of factory spray?

Soak it in anything? A putty knife works, but it takes up a lot of dust and is very difficult. There’s gotta be some sort of remover for this.

    Removal of factory spray?

Hey friends, this is basically on the entire undercarriage as well as in the wheel wells, I assume this is something from the factory? Any good ways or tricks to remove all this?

What did you do today....other than work on your car!?

Went thru a pretty extensive eye exam at the Mather VA this morning. Guess i did well, as the doc said i would be years and years away from developing any kind of cataract issues. So, I'm a happy camper.

    Car Show Gripe/Rant

I'm just at a show to see the cars and talk with people. Yes I try and get whichever one I'm taking to look really good, somewhat for the other owners who work hard to get trophies and for people who go to the show to see cool stuff. But I never expect to win anything. I can tell you just about...

And you don't have to be neat or accurate ... many of those holes from the factory look like they were done with an axe!

Conventional clutch guys - where do you keep the release point in your pedal?

What did you do today....other than work on your car!?

I need a new coupler for my PTO to the deck jack shaft....can't find one anywhere so I just keep the blades good and sharp and run at a lower rpm. 8100 series garden tractor that I bought used in 87-88. All my junk is getting old.

    Rebuilding LemonWedge.

A 3/8” front motor plate and a couple of limiters and you’re good to go. This will get you close for plate location. The AR plate sits flat on the frame rails in the right position. A couple of limiters works well at the trans. \\

67 Belvedere floor pan transmission clearance

Here's a couple of pictures of when I did my 67 Belvedere two years ago. I laid the hump in place, traced around it, then taped two markers together and retraced the outline to give me a second identical shaped outline about 1" to the inside of the initial outline. I then cut on the inside...

Any AMD promo codes out there?

Anyone got a working promo code on AMD stuff? Need to place a large order and the codes that were working a few months ago don't. Or are there any dealers that might have a volume discount and be easy to work with? I have a close dealer but its basically the same price as AMD with no volume...

67 Belvedere floor pan transmission clearance

The hump is on the side of the tunnel for the shifter clearance, the bellhousing and trans fit just fine. Get a hump and place it on the floor, it only fits on one spot. Mark around the hump and remove. Cut and inch inside of the mark you made around the hump and you are done.
