In my Charger, someone put double female ended belts bolted to the transmission tunnel side. its odd and very confusing. would it be for a should belt also? i dont have a shoulder belt on the roof. These are annoying as hell and id like to replace with the correct buckle belts in the front, 1970...
I tried all the tricks everyone said.... at the end of the day i ended up with a propane torch and putty knife, followed up with a angle grinder and knotted wire wheel... It's just one of those jobs that sucks but have to get through it
ckessel and matthon, are you reinforcement welding the pivot shaft sleeve inside the k-member box? And, doing so aides in keeping the pivot shaft from turning inside the k-member and bushing when installed and torquing the nut to spec? With my k-member installed and both sides of my suspension...
This is what a stock hood looks like with a scoop ... meh !!
Next is the bottom of my "6-pack" hood - might give you an idea. FWIW, it clears a single plane Indy intake on a RB with air cleaner. Would likely clear two carbs on a crossram. I have about 3/4" clearance on the top of the air...

PUI stuff is famous for leaving OEM features off of their products.
I have several door pulls, and may even have a tan one.
I had a breast, skin removed. I have always had a thing about their coleslaw, both sweet and tangy. 8 piece original chicken, large mashed potatoes, large coleshaw, 35 bucks. Smile on his face............. priceless.
Welcome Bob! Nice 65 you have there. Is that light blue or mint green? Both were popular colors.
Similar story here. I always liked early B Bodies but never owned one. As I was nearing 70 I thought I better get with the program or I will be too old to enjoy it. I liked the looks of the 64 and...
I learned long ago with my Muncies using the newer synthetic low viscosity gear lubes with OEM type gaskets and assembly guaranteed a leaky trans. The machining of those older tranny gasket surfaces just were not designed for the thinner lubes of today.
KFC changed about 3 years ago.
Now it's way more greasy (as if that was even possible, but it is), there's more fatty material that makes the batter less likely to cling to the chicken, and the chicken quality in general has gone down noticeably.
I used to be a big fan, but now about all I can...
