In my Charger, someone put double female ended belts bolted to the transmission tunnel side. its odd and very confusing. would it be for a should belt also? i dont have a shoulder belt on the roof. I tried all the tricks everyone said.... at the end of the day i ended up with a propane torch and putty knife, followed up with a angle grinder and knotted wire wheel... It's just one of those jobs that sucks but have to get through it
