Takeoff & landing, the very worst time to have a problem!

My best memories are meeting the people,some I know, a lot I don’t. They all have good stories though. The “thumbs-up” while going/ coming to a site always bring a smile! With a red car and black engine bay I’m never going to win!!!(hey, the original red had too many scrapes/scratches).

Given the weather in Ohio, I will be wishing I was closer to Vegas for the next 5 months.

I looked at my door, no holes there for rubber bumpers. Believe that the very strong springs in the hinge just hold the door tight to the latch. Maybe the bumpers were just packaged incorrectly.

Was this damage during a full throttle run?

The whole Roadkill/Roadkill Garage thing changed my mind about how to build these cars. I have way too many of them to make them show cars,they made it okay to get them roadworthy and just drive them, I don't need date codes voltage regulators to do that!

Connections to the tank, and splined PTO drive hub on the big *** heavy pulley/fan/flywheel

Also don't forget a line can be loose enough to suck air into the system and not leak fuel.
