That is a comparison of cost to restore. Does not matter the make, model or year. The difference in price is not enough to get the poor condition car in the same shape as the better condition car.
Rear window only, due to color of wires. Your switch clicks on 3 different places. A top switch is spring loaded to center when released. Has red and yellow wires of larger gauge.
Knob is reversible for both applications. A good idea but NO bODY can grasp the idea 55 years later. LOL
