It was just one of those things, ever go on a long trip and see a specific car, and that specific car keeps popping up over and over?
It was like that.
My lane would get jammed up, and instead of trying to go any where I just used the slow traffic as an opportunity for him to get up ahead...
Yep.
Only factory aluminum heads I know of prior to 72 would be the incredibly rare sbc, big block chevy, and Hemi. All of those were high performance versions, and would have needed good seats.
I'm not sure when aftermarket aluminum sbc heads showed up, but I bet they had good seats from day...
I've always used dryer sheets - Bounce - in the interior, under the hood, in the trunk, one on top of each wheel and a few under the hood. I also pour some bleach along each entry point into the garage - just a thin line and about every 2 weeks pour a bit more. Never had an issue with mice in...
My Sr high school car was a 1966 GTO. I bought for $200. It had a decent side dent in pass rear quarter panel. At a time those were tougher to repair. Especially by a poorer city kid. The clutch was crappy so replaced the diaphragm with a Borg & Beck 3 finger style (I believe a Mcleod) I then...

Clips I purchased years ago from Year One are soft/flexible and allow the trim to pull away from the body enough to show a nasty gap. A Gap that is the FIRST thing seen when approaching the car. FYI.
I’m trying to decide if I should take my Super Bee to the Netherlands next year when I move there. It’ll be to the south, Limburg area, where the roads are small.
Any members here in The Netherlands south area, because if so, I would really like to meet up and discuss your experiences with a...
Sorry I must recommend scrapping the idea. Imagine the pleasure of some other upgrade to your car (anything) if given this much effort, time and attention. Consoles rattle, collect junk, and have misaligned panels. They are over rated. IMHO.
Breaking news!
Drag Illustrated broke the developing story that Austin, Jimmy and Thomas Prock have informed John Force Racing that they are leaving effective immediately. Conjecture is they are heading to the Tasca camp.
Multiple Sources Confirm Austin Prock, Crew Chief Jimmy Prock and...
