Let us know how the wiper arm install goes. The FSM seems to have a rather convoluted process for putting them back on, I believe due to the little extra rotation downward when the wiper switch is turned to "off". I'd be interested to know the "layman's approach" to avoid having the arms swing...

As long as you're going to be in there you should replace all the foam gaskets that seal the heater box. There are kits available
