69 Charger Wiper Arm Question

Are both wiper arms the same for a 69 Charger? Both of mine look identical, and are stamped 15B. Just want to make sure before I install them.

Let us know how the wiper arm install goes. The FSM seems to have a rather convoluted process for putting them back on, I believe due to the little extra rotation downward when the wiper switch is turned to "off". I'd be interested to know the "layman's approach" to avoid having the arms swing to places they shouldn't and scratch up the paint.
