X3 Installed a Borgeson in my friend’s Charger, it was the best upgrade to his car. I bought one for my Charger, getting ready to install it any day now. I can understand keeping it stock or original, when it comes to safety, you can’t beat better steering, brakes and new wiring harnesses.

Borgeson is NOT complex at all. I installed a complete kit from Bergman, which includes his custom coulper (no cut), and it fit like a glove. Installed in a 64 Dodge, 426W, Dougs headers, mini starter. You're gunna like it!

What part of the box is welded? I don't have pics of mine, but I just purchased/installed it last month.

I found some damage and my power steering pump's pulley. Borgeson makes a new pump, it's there 800338. Only thing is, it's a 6 3/4" pulley and the one I have is around 4 5/8". Does anyone think this would this cause any problems besides maybe a bigger belt?

just FYI if you are going from power steering to borgeson you don't have to modify the column at all..

My Borgeson box started hissing lately.

The 11033 bolted right in. I'd say it's probably more or less about the same weight. Now that I put the box in, I'm pondering if I should have bought the 11043.

I don’t think so. The borgerson rep said that the power steering pump won’t fit unless a new bracket is completely fabricated apparently the attaching point to the block or water pump is different on the 62. There were also a couple of comments online that the 318 Poly being a wider engine...

...front to rear. Rear is done now as of yesterday. Later today I'll get cracking on the front. Bushings, joints, rods, arms, t-bars, k-frame, sway bar, brakes[ larger], box and pump. The Lares box and pump are new, not reman. Little bit faster ratio than the stocker and not as spendy as Borgeson.
