Mine didn't have it.

I noticed that with the spare heater control panel I restored, too...no notch. If I remember correctly, the plastic light bar has 2 tabs on the ends with screw holes, but the heater control can be screwed on without that light bar in place; the light bar just attaches to the bottom of the heater...

Nut is backwards and the wrong style nut. Fork is wrong, it should have a slight bend on the slotted end, plastic washer and a clip to hold it on the boss. Bolt needs to go and like Stan said... spring is wrong as well.

Leaking what? Maybe post the cam specs so everyone doesn’t have to look it up.
