Looking to put a ceiling fan in a 26x24 10' ceiling garage. This is mainly for winter heat distribution, rather than summer cooling( which would be a side benefit). From what I've read, need about 60" , hung 2ft down. Sound right? 3 blade fine, or more the merrier? It should be forcing the...
Old pumps rule!
I need to get back on my Wayne 276, from 1916.
It was on my parents farm growing up, I even took the underground fill neck and all the switches/conduit that was on a makeshift wall next to it.
I have since bought another one, in better shape, for parts, and believe it or not...
Beause of loss of power, I disassembled and put in all new gaskets, etc. I did find a lot of rubber debris on the tiny filter screen. Problem is, when i re installed it, fuel does not find its way to the float chambers. My pressure gauge is high, and when loosened, the fuel inlet squirts fuel...
I saw a video today of Chris Birdsong buying a third generation Charger R/T! I was just like him a die hard second generation Charger guy, with the exception of the occasional E body or ten, until I started hanging out with Gary and Pam and the third generation Chargers and Plymouth cars started...
@dadsbee - They did remove the Deminimus exemption of $800, correct. However, I just sent a parcel valued at 40 bucks and declared it on their new app. You can take picture of what you’re sending too. You don’t even have to use your name or a real one anyway on their new app. The parts I...
Does anyone know what company this logo is from? It is on my stroker crank that Muscle Motors made back in the 90's. I'm trying to find out who used to do their welded cranks. Does anyone know? A Google search turns up nothing.
unusual XB-70 photo, in that the vortex condensation only occurs in high humidity, and this is probably Edward AFB in the high desert. This bomber' design spec was 30min at Mach 3, performed in a giant triangle over the SW. The Soviet Mig 25, still a formidable, very high speed, high altitude...
The greenery will be next. Somewhere around 200 trees will stretch from this point to the back. Plugs of grass will hide and cover different parts that need not be seen.
My 2 cents
Get as much load off the OEM harness as you can. Headlights, blower motor, AC compressor. It will help the system
On OEM, DO NOT trigger engine compartment items using the wire that goes to the ballast resistor. Want the steering column and harness to go up in smoke. you'll kill...
Good Morning,
Just finished cutting up the plate steel someone used to repair my RH frame rail so I could get a better look at the damage. My question is, is this worth or can be saved? Has anyone used those frame Safe T Caps and would it work on this application?
Thanks!
Speaking just for myself: The Indy 440 EZ-1 aluminum head had to be shaved with a grinder on the corner closest to the distributor in order to use the Holley Hyperspark distributor. The Msd did not require that. My covers came from Marsh and don't have the long bolts through tubes. You can see...
