I don't think that version of a Lysander ever went into production; rather it was a modification built during the war to test out ideas. The regular version had a normal tail.

I've given many a part for that bird to the Warplane Heritage museum in Hamilton.
 
unusual XB-70 photo, in that the vortex condensation only occurs in high humidity, and this is probably Edward AFB in the high desert. This bomber' design spec was 30min at Mach 3, performed in a giant triangle over the SW. The Soviet Mig 25, still a formidable, very high speed, high altitude interceptor, was designeds specificall to attack the B-70. One crashed, the remaining prototype is in the USAF museum in Dayton.
