O.P. asked about slicks, so that's what I suggested.
He would probably be fine with the biggest drag radial that will fit under the car, or a bias Mickey or Hoosier ET street type.
Tuning the caltracs might be necessary too
My saga of the heater lines continues. I reached out to Holley because in the instructions for the mid mount kit they do not tell you which heater hose is the inlet and the outlet, rather they say to hook them up correctly...
Holley came back and provided some direct information and even...
Gear venders OD ratio is .78, from what I have read. You can use it as a gear splitter if you want, or just use it as one more gear after fourth. You can engage it whenever you want.
Its clear you never messed with a victor type head and a fast 2.0 distributor , heads are not the same !, fast dist. is short , puts the actual dist housing at the same height of the corner of the "UNMACHUNED" victor head ...!
Reviving this old thread in hopes that someone can post a picture of, and tell me the size of the screw that holds the amber lens in the front side marker light housing for the 70 Coronet. I solved the retainer issue by making my own but I still need the screw info.

...engine compartment temps when driving. This also helped.
I performed a test with a thermal coupler on the front carb bowl while driving on an 85* day which was right at the thresh hold of fuel issues. I also have an AFR gauge installed. At 30mph and greater carb was below 90*F and engine ran...
I'm using a Powermaster 9523 for my 65. On the 65, it has a 500" Indy low deck aluminum wedge which has a bit wider block. I tried a Dakota starter but that was a for sure no go. The 9523 is clockable with 4 positions. I tried all 4 and got the best all around on the 3rd spot I believe. It had...
I like the RT taillights too. My buddy bought his 1971 Charger not long after I bought my '70 back in the late 80's. He later added the bulge hood, Go wing, RT doors and the RT taillights to an otherwise plain-Jane '71 Charger. He also replaced the original column shift with a console.
