    440 source heads

I had a build I was considering several years back, maybe ten, and for a mopar shop to give a set of new aluminum heads a going over was I believe 200-250. I trust the shop and had work done there before. I was told it is not uncommon to check a new set from pretty much all brands and find loose...

    Dad's First Car - '74 Road Runner

Good news! It didn't take me 12 years to make my next update. I made another trip out to PA in September and my dad and I picked up where we left off in June. Before my trip out my dad sealed the car and primed it with some high build to get it ready for block sanding. We also pulled the...

What makes a “Firm Feel” box?

I could do without it as well. I actually prefer no power steering and no power brakes, but it’s an A/C car, and I don’t know if I’ve ever seen a bracket setup that accommodates A/C and no power steering. Were big blocks available with A/C and no power steering in a B-body?

Found a new project. Ram D250

So I was able to work on the transmission over the weekend. All new seals, steels and frictions. Nothing looked bad. Went to put the VB on and nothing but troubles from the park rod. No matter what I did, it kept dropping into the wrong spot, which is a little retarded on the engineering side...

Love burning oak. It is a bit hard on chains though. Ww never split any of it. As long as the pieces were small enough to go in the furnace door.

    71 Charger Superbee Tribute/Restomod Build

We will see... LOL Fortunately 1st Gen parts are available and cheap.. Not sure what I am going to do with it really. Its a 360 4spd which they say "it ran" recently. I might just leave it as it is with the 360, or I might put a G3 Hemi or Cummins 6BT.

    1970 Hood Indicator Restoration

1970 Hood Signal Restoration. Not seen anyone doing this and so I thought I would share and post. Originally the hood call-out was just that. It didn’t have the factory indicator openings. So they needed to be opened. Used my Dremel with a carbide cutter after opening up. Used the lines from...

Going thru my bolt stash, and found the stud. Has a nut on it, so it was hiding in plain sight. Also have 2 of the column nuts for you as well. Just give me an address, and I will ship them out to you free of charge for the whole blower motor hold up. Thanks, Mike

1970 Hood Signal Restoration. Originally the hood call-out was just that. It didn’t have the factory indicator openings. So they needed to be opened. Used my Dremel with a carbide cutter after opening up. Used the lines from the casting. Light housings were in poor shape but after careful...
