The console and non console floor pans are exactly the same. You will probably have to cut a hole for the shifter for your new transmission. The console if you have one will make it unnoticeable.

The convertible replacement ones did sell out, I had bought a set from Tony’s. There were a few on eBay for awhile but are hard to find now. I had seen mentioned on this site that some people were using the 4-door b-body moldings and creating their own. I have a set from a ‘68 Coronet 4-door...

I’m considering a Silver Sport TKX for the X. Is the floor pan and shifter opening the same between console and non-console 4-seed cars? What modifications are needed to the floor? Any other things I need to know but not smart enough to ask? Thanks

Seems like the 4” BS would put the tire closer to the fender which might help it look more full with less tire. It’s a survivor 426 wedge car so I don’t think he wants much more than a 275/60r15.
