Not Energy Suspension. They offer a kit for the upper and lower. Had to press these on. I don't know if its an embedded metal band or hard rubber but they weren't easy going on.

Energy Suspension HAS them and they are real nice. Do not buy Dorman ones. They won't last a year.

When setting the height I measured from the floor to the low point on the LCA. It's 9" in this pic. Make both sides the same. The higher you set the ride height the less camber you'll get unless you're using the offset bushings. If you only change it a little you shouldn't have to loosen up...

Some play could be adjusted out but badly worn teeth could also bind when removing the play between them.

If I can't see what's happening with excessive play I like to find a helper to turn the steering back and forth while I watch what's going on. In your video it appears to be in the steering box. There's an adjustment on the box to tighten the play/mesh in the gears. A service manual for your...

They have to be marked somewhere.

One more thought, check the end of the torsion bars for right and left. If you don't see a R or L check the part numbers. Being heavy duty torsion bars they could be installed on opposite sides.

Inspect the lower control arm bushings. If they're blown out it can make things sagg.

This is one flat down too far. The red arrow shows where the adjuster arm is. You can't even install the adjuster block and bolt into the control arm. The only flat that works and what it looks like.
