I just went through this. New unit reading 3/4 FULL. I removed the sending unit, then had to bend the float down. It only took 1/8" to 1/4" to get it to read FULL.

I was told mine is a 2 bbl bracket. It was modified to allow the cable to sit further forward by adding a second clamp (removed in pic) where the paint is missing.

Can someone please post a photo of a stock throttle cable/kickdown bracket for a 383/440 4 BBL 69 B Body??? Trying to figure out what the correct one is supposed to look like. THANKS!

The top row on my 69 Road runner was for the wiper motor and I believe the neutral safety switch plugged into it as well.

The less you hang out there, the more you'll realize that site sucks. Like said above, there's plenty of other sites, and more popping up every day.

You can't go wrong with either... just get both and swap back and forth, or put two in the front and the other two in the back, lol
