My 64 Dodge 330 slant 6 4 door with 29K miles on it needs me in the brake system ... passenger side rear acts like a sea anchor when I have to stop hard ... I am told there needs to be a special tool for pulling drums ... new to the crate and Mopars ... can somebody fill me in on what this...

Have what appears to be 64 variable speed wiper switch with push button fluid in the centre ... Fluid button works wipers turn on but do not change speed at all ... always going at monsoon rate ... there is what appears to be a relay on a long arm as well ... what is that for? New to the crate...
