Well, over the weekend my 1969 383 fuel pump quit pumping fuel. I removed the pump and rod today to find that the fuel pump pushrod is 1/4" shorter than it was 5000 miles ago. the motor was completely rebuilt with a mild to comp cam. I am running a factory style pump. So my question is... What...

I am installing some front door glass channel run guides. Do they get 100% tucked into the channel? I found this photo on the web of this guy installing them and I see the channel guide is outside of the vent window frame channel which doesn't seem right to me.

I recently finished restoration on my 1969 roadrunner. I purchased an air grabber seal / gasket for the duct to base from Detroit Muscle tech. My issue is the seal is bunching up on rear of the air cleaner lid and putting a lot of pressure on the original plastic ductwork and raising the center...
I am putting my interior back in after finishing up restoration. When I tore it apart these markings were behind the rear seat. I am just wondering if anyone can decode the markings as I am putting them back on.

I am rebuilding the original distributor on my 1969 roadrunner. I want to replace the nylon end bushing as I have around .062 end play on the shaft and still have the original bushing on it. Is there a reason that it is nylon or is a steel one better for replacement? Where can I get a new one...
On the original 1969 road wheels. The inside of outer trim ring has a band on the ring with the 4 tabs. Has anyone tried to remove the band? I want to restore the original rings and want to do it right by removing the band.
