    340 in a 68 Satellite, what headers?

    I have a 340 from a 72 Duster that was in my 68 Satellite, it was bone stock with factory manifolds. The engine is being rebuilt by Brian Roche, he's stroking it to a 383. What headers should I run? I've looked at Doug's, TTI, Doug Thorley and Hooker. Tell me what would be the best bang for the buck

    Cracked rear quarter from torque??

    I was doing some carburetor adjustments and took the car out to see how the acceleration was, did a slow speed rolling takeoff and the rear quarter panel on the driver's side just behind the door panel cracked. Pretty sure there was a crack there before and wasn't fixed correctly, just painted...

    New member in Delaware

    Hey folks, new guy around here. Have a 68 Satellite that I'll be working on. It's not numbers matching, has a 340 in it with 727 which obviously wasn't an option in 68. Ill be looking for a 383 or 440 to install in the near future. Glad to be here.
