I bought a 1973 Charger SE several years ago that was an older restoration. I have included a photo of the alternator brackets that are currently on the engine (400-4BBL W/AC). I did quite a bit of research (online, FSM and Parts Catalog) but still cannot determine if the brackets are correct...
Looking to remove the drivers door glass on my 73. I can see the (3) screws but looks like I can only get to (2). Do I need to loosen the regulator also? Any suggestions appreciated!
I am hoping someone here could please provide a photo of the top Alternator Bolt with the bushings (mounted in the car) for a 73 400 with AC. Here is a pic of the bolt and bushings I am referring to:
I have a 73 Charger and the build sheet has code 62 for the battery. Anyone know if it was a 59 amp battery and were the caps red or yellow. Any help appreciated!
More help needed. I'm ready to put the bucket seats back in (New foam) along with a new set of the correct nuts (5/16-18 W/flanged washer) and can't find a torque value for the nuts. Any help is appreciated!
