I have set of hood hinges from my 69 Charger 6/7/69 build date, The hood hinges have 8M24 09 in one location and EMI 23 on the section that bolts to the hood. The 24 mean 24 week? 09 for 69? Is the EMI23 the vendor code? Just wondering . thanks
