I'm starting to think my override switch is having issues. New motors, new relays, light have opened and closed just fine for the last year or so. However, I don't use them that much.
Tried to use recently and the "stuck" open. After troubleshooting for a bit I just moved the override up and...
72 Charger. Instead of having little tacks/cleats on the drivers and passenger side at the top of the sill where the headliner tucks in.. there's just a lip that you're supposed to glue (?) the headliner too. At least that's what it seems like after taking out the old one. However it's unclear...
I having difficultly connecting some dots on the car's original color. Basically, I can get a perspective of original color from overspray areas, engine bay, jams, etc. But when I look at the color code and related chips, it doesn't match with my eyes. I'm pretty certain that the car wasn't...

1972 Charger - Looking for the bracket that attaches to the inside top-center of the front bumper used to hold the grill inserts. Huge thanks to @T2R9 for the guidance and pictures!
Let me start by saying I've gone through what old manuals I could find (MoParts.com mostly), searched this site, and even annoyed people at car shows... all to no avail. So, I'm reaching out to you master blasters for some help.

72 Charger, base model, bench seats. My son thought keeping the column shifter would be cool, so in light of all the other mods, I installed a IDIDT cable shifter. Despite the cable being 72 feet long... it's been working pretty well. However - hence my question to others who may...
Question for those using GV under/over drive guys... I'm currently using the MSD shift controller that GV provided with a manual switch setup so that I can flip it on and off when I want, like I'm sure many of you are doing. However, there is a slight delay in the controller.... probably because...
Ok. My 66 Charger, turn signal switch plug, car side connector has an extra wire...? An orange one. See pics of plug verses the wire diagram. Also, I had put a new turn signal switch some time ago and the signals work, brake lights work, etc.
I have a 67 Coronet 440 and both door cards are trashed. However, I can only find new cards for a 500 and in some cases an R/T, but no 440.
Question #1 - Are the 440 and 500 cards the same?
Question #2 - If No, anyone have maroon/red cards for a 440?
Something has been bugging me, so I'm going to put it out there.
When I look at 440 RB, at least from 66-71, I see it as superior to the chevy BB - like a 454 - from the same timeframe. Ok, granted the stock Mopar heads, compared to a 454 Chevy BB, were slightly smaller (less flow), but a lot...

Now in the rewiring stage with the 72 Charger. I'm not trying to restore to original... this is going to be a run around town and race every now and again.
Anyway, someone cut the fusible link and was going to replace with a fuse. To that end, what is the amp rating on the original fusible link?
