Bought a set of used edelbrock 84 cc heads. Turns out the are cut up a lot more than what the seller said. Cc'd the and come out 63cc was planning to use these on a 0 decked flat Top 383 with a crower 574/585 265/267@050 solid liftcam. Using regular blue felpros wich are around .040 thick...

Headed 383 in. Gutted with a 10pt cage. Springs relocated and mini rubbed.... I recently aquired a 83/4 for it out of the Same body style and they have fairly new s/s 3800# sprigs but the last 3# of the springs are 45x on both of them...
I got a .30 over 360, flat tops. Bout 9.5 - 10. To 1comp. 360 j heads cut a lil 1.88 valve. I have the valve springs set up for a 508 cam but I also have a 528 solid but no mech. Valve train. Will the 508 be ok in a 3250lb a body with a 3800 turbo action converter and 4.30 gear.
I own a small block 67 belvedere 2 and I want headers. I don't reAlly want to modify the shift linkages. Just a street car daily driver. Does any body know anything?
