i have a hemi 18 spline 4 speed that i wanted to use with a 426 wedge...the input shaft is cut so i wanted to locate one before i had it rebuilt...are all the input shafts the same for the 18 spline?? how do i tell if its A,B,E body trans ??

i just acquired the car..its been sitting in a garage most of the time..but yes it has been driven without the pressure rod but i dont know how much..it will go in all other gears .the fluid at the dipstick looks ok and smells ok but someone may had already changed it and cleaned it . i will try...
