Yes you need all those parts, they sell that as a kit. I know Rock Auto has them. You don't need to replace the washer, I would replace the wheel bearing, but thats just me.

I am not familiar with the 74 Charger K-frame and mounts. My friend is trying to put a 72-440 motor into his Charger that originally was a 400 car. He has the big block K-frame in the car but the motor mounts we have are the 68-72 style. He does not have the 74 mounts to swap over, my question...

Im not sure but these maybe for the 73-74 B-bodies I think they are a little wider. Ran into same issue with a pair I bought and found out they were also a little wide and the part # listed them for 73/74 B-bodies.

69-70 Charger outer is different than the other B-body outer. Had that happen to me and had to reorder for my 68 Charger.

The unlock mechanism on the top of the door is moved forward on the 69-70 doors. Other than that no difference.

I would use it, as long as you don't get your foot into it at every stop light! The worst that could happen is you break it. Those trannies are only worth a couple hundred dollars or so.

I believe the Charger is worth the 6K. Very strong market and very desirable car. The 300 looks nice maybe worth 5-7K. As far as the trade if you are looking at it from a current value aspect probably not a great deal for you. The restoration costs so much depends on what level you are trying...
