I've not priced complete gasket set for ST hemi. But I did buy a set of valve cover gaskets last year...

I clamp a pair of needle nose vice grips to the edge / lip of the tube. Then take a crowsfoot and slowly pry the tube up
Works every time and does not distort the tube or valve cover
