Hello friends, I'm looking for this part to buy it. It's a transmission mount for my 1970 Dodge Charger RT, manual trans. Anybody could tell me where to buy it?
Thanks in advance!!
Hello, I am working in the metal of my 70 Charger RT. I want a clean restomod and part of the project is a clean and smooth engine bay. I am now working in the firewall and I would like to know which holes can I fill and which ones are completely necessary. Car will have a fresh rebuilt 495...
I got an specialist where I live that´s gonna restore it. Budget is 400 dollars (redone the aluminum and rechrome it). I will tell you the results. Thanks everyone for your help!
Thanks for the reply. Car is in Spain, so shipping there and back would be very expensive. I guess restoring will be the most logic option.
Do you know if they sell it (or reproduction)?
Hello friends, I have a 1970 Charger RT and I need this part back to life. Car is located in Europe and my options now are: buying a new one (I haven't found it yet), restoring mine or making something new. What do you think? Any advice is welcome.
Thanks in advance.
Hello friends, after searching a lot, I think I have my 4 wheel discs conversion setup ready to order. Car is a 1970 Dodge Charger RT with original power brakes, discs in the front and drums in the rear and the wheels are 15" Torque Thrust II (FRONT 7" 245-50-15, REAR 10" 295-50-15). I would...
In 11" rear brakes kit, I can choose between two models, with 2,36 and 2,50 axle offset. Which one will give me more clearance (sorry if the question is too basic)? Will it be enough for my 15" Torque Thrust II wheels?
Thank you! That's exactly what I was looking for. You're amazing. The thing is when I searched for 1970 drum rear brakes conversion to discs this option didn't appear, but I think it must fit. After all, my car is DANA 60.
I will also purchase the Wilwood 11'7 front discs kit from Doctor Diff...
I searched and didn´t found it, just a drilled one of 11,44" rotors...
By the way, I didn´t mentioned my car: Dodge Charger RT 1970 (original power brakes with drums in the rear). If someone knows where I can find Wilwood 11" rear brakes kit for it, please let me know.
Hello friends, I am doing my 4 wheel discs conversion and I am looking for Wilwood rear brakes that fits with my 15" Torque Thrust II wheels. They must be plain (not slotted or drilled).
Do you know if Wilwood makes anything with this characteristics? 11" rotos would be perfect...
The thing is I am restoring a 1970 Dodge Charger RT. It´s going to be a mild restomod, 90% street, 10% track. I want to build a custom roll cage (pics below). It will add a safe factor, but I want it to be stetic and functional, letting passengers to enter and exit the car comfortably.
Car will...
Hello guys, I am looking for a 2 or 4 point roll bar for my 1970 Dodge Charger.
I would prefer the 4 points one, without the bar that links the central arc at the middle. I just want one like the pic below.
If that one is not an option, a simple 2 points bar could be ok too.
Do you know any...
