Hey i have a 1968 monaco 4 wheel drums and power brakes. The rear shoes drums and pads as well as the rear wheel cylinders and master cylinder are all brand new. Park brake cable are disconnected. Yet it stil seems to be dragging. Any ideas? Could my star wheel be over adjusting? Or metering...
