    New classic industries engine harness. Only 5.4 volts at coil, 9.5 when in start mode. Under dash only 5.4 volts at brown wire which is pin cavity number 22. Car ran rich before I replaced the engine harness. Now car will not start. Has weak spark. Any ideas?

    With ignition on I only have 5 volts at the positive coil. New ECM, new ballast resistor, new ignition harness under hood and rebuilt carborator. There is a weak spark. Only have 5.5 volts at brown ignition run wire under dash. Car was recently professionally repainted. (special order JB9...
