No **** ! My 70 with a 383 Magnum and 2.76 gears ( came stock with 3.23s) hit 145 back in 1980. If the 68 R/T was only doing 110 the stang would have to hit 190 to catch it within 10 miles …lol
No real math was involved in this calculation…lol
Might want to let it set up for 10 minutes before torquing. And because you have multiple layers to squish I would back off a bit on the inch/lbs.
Maybe snug them then torque them the next day ….
