Had pretty good luck with Eastwood rust encapsulater. I wire wheeled it and used super clean and scotchbrite then washed and applied. Really happy with results. Can’t remember if ur supposed to paint over but I didn’t. Rust didn’t come back thru. Liked it better than por 15!

Had that happen on my truck. Took carbide grinder to it. Kept taking a little at a time till it was thin then pounded screwdriver till it split. Worked pretty good. That metals pretty thin as it is.

I use cosmetic as well. Reusable, no leaks with stage v covers. Only way to go in my mind.

The vin on mine is on driver side door post. I saw that on Craigslist and thought about it myself. You can buy most of the fiberglass panels that that car has except that hideous thing on driver side. Looks like u could almost say it needs almost everything but parts are probably worth asking...

No idea what did it. Used to enjoy breaking tempered glass with porcelain though. Tiniest pieces thrown at glass will do that with no holes. Crazy stuff

Sitting in traffic then overheat alley at the Syracuse nats it never went over 200. Stop and go for prob half hr. Was close to 90 later in the day with lots of humidity. Block will be fine. Mines std bore. Normal driving btwn 170-190. Is it just the block your buying?
