    Stamped steel rockers.

I have a 68 GTX 440. I just removed the valve covers for the first time and noticed the rockers have a stamp on them of either +32 or +34 is this done by the builder or the factory? I have two on the left bank at +32 and 6 at +34. The stamp is on the interior of the cup opposite the push rod...

    Looking for some feed back.

Thanks for the wall lol. Lots of good pointers. I have played with the timing and set it at about 12 degrees and 38 total I believe it has been a while. I just checked the block casting and it is 36988304 which is 72 to 78 RB big block. I am thinking of starting with probably a manifold and a...

    Looking for some feed back.

I have a 68 plymouth GTX. Ever since I purchased it I have not been real happy with the performance. She has a set of 1972 motor home heads (3751213) it is also running the stock intake. And I believe this may be where the problem lies. When I purchased it there was a holly 750 on it and I was...

    1968 GTX lower control arms

From what I have read you need to use both because of the geometry change. Now I just read for my model year I would need to use their K-member. Part #52308 is a direct fit for 1970-72 B-body and 1970-74 E-body. Will work on 1966-69 B-body with QA1 K-member and sway bar, and 1962-72 B-body...

    1968 GTX lower control arms

Qa1 changed the geometry by 3 degrees. So you would have to change the uppers also. Even their literature says to use their uppers if changing the lowers. Both upper and lower need to be offset by 3 degrees. Stock uppers are not.

    1968 GTX lower control arms

I am sure this has been asked many times but here it goes. I would like to purchase a new or rebuilt set of lower control arms. I have already replaced the uppers last year. So buying a set of QA1's is not an option. As I would have to replace the new uppers also. I am aware of the rebuild kits...
