I was giving the vin from the engine pad, not the vin tag on the upper left of the dash. The engine is not original to the car (obviously), just trying to figure out what type of car the motor came from originally. Tks, Bob32268

Looked at a 69 Super Bee, vin had the letter "D" for the assembly plant. Which plant would have made this car? Also the code on the transmission pad was "2892090L2680 _ 4384", can anyone tell me the info on this transmission ? Thanks, Bob32268
