    Iskenderian Camshaft Question

Thanks again for the reply's....I was able to talk to Ron at Isky today and he was extremely helpful. As mentioned / suggested above he confirmed it is a race only hardened cam manufactured in 1967 that required special lifters. He also mentioned that due to the lobe profiles it was recommended...

    Iskenderian Camshaft Question

Thanks for the response! Thats the plan - tried to send an email but the send button was “broken”. Will call them later today - just wasn't sure if it was a common cam and I was missing something.

    Iskenderian Camshaft Question

Thanks for reading....anyone able to help identify this camshaft? Also, do the numbers stamped in the different font have any significance? I tried to find it on Isky’s site and had no luck - probably user error!!.

    1963 330 H/C Aluminum FE Newb

Decided to do a little Father / Son DIY light restoration. The topside is in great shape and didn't need anything. The underside was as solid as could be (not even a pin hole in the floor boards) but was painted entirely in gloss black at some point in the past. The good was it preserved the...

    Period Correct Vinyl “Carpet”?

According to Cyndy at Kramers - at least for our year / model they are available but only as a special order. The lead time was only a couple days - not sure that holds true for all years / carpets though. 69bfan may be able to confirm availability for you.

    Hutton Scott - Charolette NC

Thanks Budnicks - ours was an early ‘63 car before the lightweight production started - lightweight package was added sometime after leaving the factory - not sure if that will end up helping us narrow down some history or make it harder. Not sure how many cars were built like ours in ‘63.

    Hutton Scott - Charolette NC

That very well could be. The Charger Daytona registry shows 1 being sold (or at least delivered) to them in ‘69. Haven’t found anything past that yet.

    Hutton Scott - Charolette NC

Thanks DeltaV! Thanks for the responses. I’ve searched the name and there isn't much to be found so far. It appears the dealership may have been located at 300 W Fifth St. In 1961 it looks like they worked with Holman Moody. Another random picture - Other than that I haven’t been able to...

    Hutton Scott - Charolette NC

In researching the history of our ‘63 330 we now know it was a sold order shipped to Hutton Scott in Charolette. It looks like they had ties to Nascar even sponsoring Bobby Allison in ‘69. Anyone have information on this dealer and any potential ties to NHRA in ‘63? Sounds like Scott Jaguar...
