The paint has been applied for four days now and still subject to hand weight scratching and removing the paint...

Thanks Dane. The adhesion promoter is the "Sand Free" I used. The temp was ~65 in the attached garage with a heater unit. The can states 70+ but the temp won't be plus 70 here.
