    WTB 69 charger hood latch/release

Hi there, I am looking for a hood latch/release setup for a 69 charger. Surprised that I can't find something like this on YearOne or ClassicIndustries. Any ideas where I can find one would be very appreciated!

    new timing chain recommendations

Hi all, I am replacing a timing chain with a double roller chain. It is a one bolt to the cam. Big block. When I started researching products I saw a vast difference in prices but many of them didn't have any reviews so I figured I would put it out there. Any recommendations on a timing chain?

    oil filter fitment problem

Right...I probably drive it 1000 - 1500 miles a year. I don't have a problem using a higher end product and I prefer to on this car. I would have stayed with Mobil one or K & N if it would have threaded on.

    oil filter fitment problem

Yes, it came off...for some reason, K & N and mobil one were too far down to grab the threads. I ended up getting a fram ultra synthetic xg8a. Most of these guys are crucifying me for getting a fram but what good is a filter if you can't get it on the car? I went to Napa and got a Napa Gold...

    Hello!

By the way, what oil filter do you use? I have been having a problem finding one to grab the threads lately (mine is a 440).

    Hello!

Thanks Budnicks! Yeah, my wife agrees with you. She likes the 68 tail lights better, but in my mind it needs to be 69 to be the car that I remember from my childhood dreams :confederateflag: Beautiful car!

    oil filter fitment problem

Hi all, I have a 440 in my charger and I have always used a mobil one filter (M1-301A) for every oil change and it has worked without a problem. For some reason, this time it would not grab the threads and screw on. I exchanged it thinking that maybe it was a bad filter because the old one...

    Hello!

Hi everyone, I live in the eastern panhandle of WV and I have owned a 68 Charger 440 for the past 6 years. It is a General Lee clone (I know that it is supposed to be a 69 and I am getting there...the marker lights on the quarters are filled in and I have the 69 grill. I only need the tail...
