Power Steering Gear; Difficulty to Inspect and Repair?

While it's all apart I would put a FFor S&G gear in it, yes. You can do it later, how difficult depends on whether you have headers.

Why does my taillight fuse blow when I turn the lights on?

While the bilsteins have helped I'd say the BFG's don't have enough lateral grip to cause a load shift lol But yes I must have caught that wire at some point.

383/450 Stoker Build for Power, Longevity, and Reliability?

383/450 Stoker Build for Power, Longevity, and Reliability?

Are you wanting to keep your 383 block? I would never build a stroker with that small bore personally.

Alternators and bracket kits? My Alternator recently detached from the block, The new spacers don’t fit, Should I add washers to make the spacers fit?

Could be belt squeal. How tight are they? Buy some belt dressing spray to see if it fixes it. I'm sure I'm not the only shade tree guy to use washers as spacers on occasion if you don't have the tools to cut down a spacer to fit. And it probably just worked loose/wasn't tight
