They seemed to get superseded to a gasket with no lower water passages. The Felpro 8519PT-1 I purchased don't have them either. Are those holes no longer needed, or are they part of the one size fits all as in Chinese ball caps.

A '65 413 to be exact, should I find another steel shim (1851579) like it had or use a more modern type. The shim was thin coming in at .015 and bore is standard so that might limit my choices.
Putting together a 413 with 4 speed for my '63 D100 truck. I have the American Powertrain bell housing, 11" flywheel, and pilot bushing for an un reamed crank. What pivot, fork and throw out bearing do I chose, looks like there's some differences out there.
I just received mine today too. Looks like a nice piece, I'm curious though does all the stock oem stuff fit it (i.e. fork, boot, lower cover etc.) Doesn't say on there web site
Wow! Thanks for that, let me ask you this, the trans and shifter in your truck (pictured), whats that out of? Is that an A833? Also the shifter in your B Body (which the measurements were from), does it mount to the front of the tail shaft or rear?
All mounts will be custom mounts/cross member all be made by me. I'll be eliminating the factory cross member that ties the leaf spring/ bell housing mount off as it won't be need any more as I'm going with the Gerst QA1 IFS. A new cross member will be made according to where the new trans mount...
