I would rather not separate as the seat frames have little to no value (i.e. much harder to sell) without the seat tracks, but what did you have in mind?
Steve -
I'm not 100% sure what you have in mind. I assume that you're talking about fitting stock floor holes without drilling new holes. If you drill new holes, many seat frames would fit!
Regarding the stock floor holes, I believe that these 66-67 seats will fit your Charger for the...

Description:
Driver and Passenger Bucket Seats - were told they came out of 1967 Dodge Charger.
Seat frames have surface rust, but I didn't see any broken springs.

Thanks for everyone's input!
I can understand that feeling; however I view my decision a bit differently. That is, I won't restore my RR to 1969 specs, rather I'd update the components to today's technology (i.e., I'd resto-mod it instead of cloning it). If I were able to land a hemi car...
Thanks for your input!
I guess that I should do a little soul searching to figure whether or not I want to end up with a restoration or a resto-mod.
Like most decisions these days, I think it will be determined by money. I'd be tickled to have a real car, but if my money doesn't...
This is basically why I started this thread: here is the backstory to it.
I purchased my 69RR in 2008. It is good driver quality - a solid car. Originally, it was a 383, 4 speed car. Now, it has a '73 440, Auto (though converting to manual this winter/spring). I've budgeted $60K for the...
Thanks for everyone's input. I see where you guys are coming from - most definitely.
I'm part of that newer generation too, but I prefer the older muscle to the new muscle. Like some of you, I also worry that classic car hobby will dwindle significantly with my generation. It's already...
Recently, in the for sale forum, I posted separate links to two hemi Road Runners for sale at an upcoming Mecum auction in Kissimmee, Florida.
See the post here: http://www.forbbodiesonly.com/moparforum/showthread.php?45039-69-Hemi-Road-Runners-Mecum
I posted the links in that forum...
Sounds fair to me! Between gas, tickets and insurance hikes, I'd only be able to drive it 3 months a year anyway...but it would be an awesome three months!
Anybody have input concerning the market for hemi cars, particularly hemi Road Runners right now? Could anyone speculate on an expected...
I'm glad we're having fun with this thread.
If we multiply your 6k with my 12k, I'm thinking we have a good shot for the red one. We'll probably need a 3rd party to get the blue one. How are we going to do the timeshare - doh!
